ClavePrep, the AI-powered interview preparation platform from ClaveHR, today announced Compass, a research engine that turns a job URL or search into a full company and role dossier. Powered by Tiny Fish’s web automation, Compass scrapes job postings, enriches profiles, company financials, employee sentiment, and recent news—then surfaces risk scores, profile match, ATS fit, and insider truths in one place.
“Candidates used to prep with just the job description,” said Mani, cofounder of ClaveHR. “Compass gives them the full picture: who the company is, what employees say, how they fit, and what to watch out for. All before they even apply.”
Users paste a LinkedIn job URL, search by job title and company, or pick a saved job. They add their profile—LinkedIn URL or PDF resume—and hit Start Compass. Within minutes, they see financials, culture highlights, risk factors, profile overlap, and ATS score. That data feeds Ask Ovi (company Q&A), Gauge (readiness assessment), Practice (mock interviews), and Study Plan generation.
